4a. Procurement Survey

Vendors in your supply chain delivering on the AIS-1 project can provide certification and/or self-identify as a social value supplier and/or Indigenous business.

If suppliers wish to self-identify, please share this survey to determine if they contribute to the Indigenous and social procurement targets on this project. Once completed, please provide the survey to the CBA Liaison for verification.
